Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro

The full name of the university that I attend is Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Queretaro, but most people just call it TEC. There are 33 different private institutions as part of the TEC de Monterrey. Campus Queretaro has over 5,000 students with around 55% of the student body coming from outside the city of Queretaro. The campus is incredible as you can see from my pictures below and I don’t mind spending my days lounging out under the sun are chilling with my friends in one of the quads. I spend most my days relaxing in the sun or using their outside weight lifting area and track. I have not made it to the dormitories yet, but it is on the to do list by the end of the trip. In some of the first pictures, you can see a mariachi band playing. The TEC had them come play for us for our orientation party. They were really amazing and of course we all got up and started dancing along as soon as dinner concluded.
